How can I pay?

Products can be purchased through PayPal’s online payment system, Barion, or a simple bank transfer.Works like a charm, buddy. Trust me, I'm selling posters.

My payment didn't go through, what should I do?

Payments area handled by thrid party companies. I don't take responsibility for errors during payment. Please make sure to transfer to the right bank account or use the correct checkout for Barion and PayPal.

What's an Imposter product?

All products that are being sold on Imposteria are uniquely crafted in Budapest, using environmentally friendly and recycled materials only.

What's a printed poster?

Printed posters come in A2 size (420mm x 594mm) and get printed on high quality, environmentally friendly, recycled materials.

What's a digital poster?

Digital posters are high quality digital assets. They come in a A2 size and 300DPI. The pack contains PNG, JPG formats. You are free to print digital posters in as many copies as you like as long as they are not for commercial use.

What's a digital wallpaper?

Digital wallpapers are assets designed specifically for certain devices. Don't you worry child, all sizes are covered. The images must not be used for commercial purposes under any circumstance.

What's a painting?

Paintings can be ordered based on two inputs. An emotion you'd like to get visualised and a profile photo of the person you'd like to be painted. Paintings are getting produced with acrylic paint on 400x400mm canvas. Delivery times vary and usually are longer than for other products.

How much does shipping cost?

Depends on your location of course. Just add the posters to the cart and select your country to get a shipping price. Please note that any customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.

How do I track my order?

Imposteria provides shipping options with or without tracking. Expedited orders are normally shipped via FedEx and USPS mostly and via DHL in some cases. A signature may be required on receipt of the package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.

Returns

What happens if I change my mind?

I want you to be 100% happy with your Imposteria purchase. If you are not satisfied or the item arrived defective, you can return it within 21 calendar days after delivery with no fuss and no questions.

How to return an item?

To return an item, please email me at hello@imposteria.com with your order number, details of the item to be returned, and the reason for its return. I will get back to you as soon as possible. All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. There are certain situations where the refund can be rejected. If the original condition of the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error or if it is returned more than 21 days after delivery.

What about shipping charges?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. All shipping costs, duties and taxes must be paid by the sender.
